I'm not just the founder. I'm a victim.
When I moved to Europe, illness nearly took my life. Recovery brought depression, isolation, and endless scrolling. When I finally came back — everyone around me was lost in their phones too. Then it hit me: I'm a father. My children are growing up in a world engineered to steal their attention for profit.
So I made a simple bet with friends: put your phone down for 30 minutes. Whoever breaks first pays for dinner.
