Account Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your BeWithly account and all associated data, follow these simple steps:
Send an Email Request
Email us at pk@bewithly.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. Include your registered email address and username in the message.
Verification
Our team will verify your identity to ensure account security. We may ask you to confirm details from your account.
Data Deletion Process
Once verified, we will permanently delete all your account data including profile information, user content, preferences, and activity history. No data is retained.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been completely deleted from our systems.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately and permanently removed with no retention period.

When you click 'Send Support Email', your default email app will open with a template containing these fields for you to complete:
• Your Name
• Your Email Address
• Platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

Our contact form uses a mailto link to securely pass your details to your default email client.

No data is stored on our servers. Your message goes directly via your own email account.
Data Deletion Policy
BeWithly is committed to protecting your privacy. When you request account deletion, here's exactly what happens to your data.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove ALL of your data from our systems, including:
  • Profile information and account credentials
  • All user-generated content and uploads
  • Activity history and usage data
  • Preferences and settings
  • Payment information (if applicable)
  • Any other personal data associated with your account
Our Commitment
We take data deletion seriously and follow these principles:
  • 100% data removal - nothing is kept
  • No retention period - data is deleted immediately upon verification
  • Complete deletion from all systems and backups
  • You receive confirmation once deletion is complete
  • The process is irreversible and permanent

Your data is deleted immediately after verification. We do not keep any information.

All data is permanently erased from our servers, databases, and backup systems.

You will be notified via email once your account and data have been fully deleted.

Visit BeWithly's page on the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. Scroll down to the "Information" section and tap "Support" — this links directly to our support portal. Alternatively, use the developer contact email listed on BeWithly's detail page.

Include your app version number (found in Settings or the App Store listing) and your device model — e.g. iPhone 15 or Samsung Galaxy S24.
Issue Description
Provide a clear, detailed description of your issue or question. Include when the problem started and any steps you've already taken to resolve it.
Error Messages & Screenshots
If you've encountered any error messages or unexpected behaviour, attach screenshots where possible — they help us diagnose issues much more quickly.
